How to Commission a Portrait

If you know what kind of portrait you want, email a photo, or preferably several photos for reference. The photos must be a clear, close up of head and shoulders if possible. The more detailed the photo, the better the portrait will be.
If you are unsure of the type of picture you want, email me some photos of your pet and I can advise.

I will draw or paint the artwork and then email a copy/proof to you. I will notify you as soon as the portrait is completed. We can then arrange for a convenient time to dispatch the picture.

A non-refundable deposit is required for each portrait (see price guide). The remaining balance will become due on completion of the portrait.

Payments can be made by cash and cheques (UK only). Cheques should be made payable to 'Melissa Crow' and crossed. Artwork will be dispatched on payment. It's not possible to accept cheques personal cheques from overseas clients.

Bank transfers and PayPal payments are also accepted (UK and overseas); as well as cashiers cheques (overseas clients only).
